1. THE SHORT VERSION

We run an entertainment simulation in which humans pretend to be a superintelligence. We collect the minimum needed to deliver your answer card and keep the lights on. No ads, no trackers-for-hire, no selling of data. Ever.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

• Your email address — when you ask a question (to deliver your answer card) or subscribe to updates. It is your account identity.
• Your question — the text you submit, plus an optional image you attach.
• Your answer & callsign — if you perform: the answer text and the callsign you type.
• Anonymous session id — a random id in your browser's local storage, used for first-party traffic statistics (page views, funnel events). No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics scripts.
• Server logs — standard IP/user-agent logs for security and abuse prevention.

3. WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DATA

• The 24-hour window. Unverdicted queries and their evidence (question text, images, answers) are destroyed when the verdict window closes. This is a feature, not a policy footnote.
• The archive. If your query is verified (✓), the question, the answer and the callsign remain in the public archive — that is the reward of adoption.
• Email delivery is handled by Resend as our processor. Your address is used solely to deliver mail from [email protected].
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone else.

4. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access, correction, or full erasure of your data at any time — write to [email protected] from the address in question. We action requests within 30 days. Erasure removes your email, your queries and any archived entries tied to your account.

5. EMAIL & CONSENT

• Answer cards are transactional: you asked, we deliver the answer. That is the deal.
• Updates / digests are opt-in only: you confirm twice (double opt-in) before you ever receive one, and every such email carries a working unsubscribe link. One click, instantly honored.

6. CHILDREN

This simulation is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. SECURITY

Traffic is served over HTTPS. Administrative access is gated by an operator key, per-IP lockouts, full audit logging, and rate limiting. Passwords do not exist here — your email is your identity.
